Terms of Service
1. Booking & Payment
All reservations must be confirmed via our online form, phone, or email. Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Pricing may vary based on location, vehicle type, and duration.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or schedule changes.
If a driver has already been dispatched for your reservation, the full fare will be charged, regardless of changes or cancellations made thereafter. No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Delays & No-Shows
We allow a 15-minute grace period for standard pickups and up to 45 minutes for airport pickups. Extended wait times may result in additional charges.
4. Passenger Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow safety guidelines. We reserve the right to terminate service without refund in cases of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
5. Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Our vehicles are insured and maintained to high standards for your safety.
6. Privacy
Client details are never shared with third parties. All bookings and personal information are handled securely.
